Greetings OTSVA members,

Our OTSVA quarterly meeting will be held this Saturday, April 27 at 12:30 p.m. following the Albany Carousel Walk.  The meeting will be held at the Albany Eagles which is a couple of blocks from the start point. The address is 127 Broadalbin St. SW.  I have attached the Agenda- 4-27-2019, minutes from our last meeting and the Steering Committee bylaws change 04-27-19. There will be a Steering Committee meeting immediately following the membership meeting.
