This is to notify you that Event No. 111523, YRE 1714, Eastbank Esplanade (formerly Esplanade - Ladd's Addition) will be closed from February 1 to April 1, 2019, due to the City of Portland making repairs and improvements to the Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade.
A new YRE through Ladd's Addition will be available from the same start point as soon as we're able to sanction it.
